Dear Selene by Alan

Poem No Comments »

Nourishing madness tales of olde and jilted often say.

More likely Jealous of thy Silver enriched eye of rythmic Trust…

When I see your dancing aura, night and through day.

Many women and men have to desired to touch your sweet surface with feet, hands and lips with lust.

Such company gives me many restless late nights.

Your soft reflection stimulates my mind…

Celestially slender curves in tasty light.

Isn’t the only mystique blend that I’ll find.

If only you were loyal just to me.

Quit running in circles, hiding and stay undressed…

I reach and feel this can and will not be.

As you’ll soon leave my side to get refreshed.

Sensual full bodied, you leave bit by bit.

Oh…not only by Gaia, you shall be deeply missed…

The charcoal skies will cry as they remain unlit.

So the Sun and I anxiously wait for your return to be kissed.

‘Dear Selene’

Lunar Eclipse

Astrology No Comments »

A Lunar Eclipse takes place at a Full Moon when the Moon moves into the shadow of the Earth cast by the Sun. This takes place at the same instant for all observers, but the LOCAL time on the clock depends on your time zone!

In North America (Canada & the US), the Total Eclipse takes place during:

Newfoundland ~ 11:30 p.m. - 12:21 a.m.
Atlantic ~ 11:00 - 11:51 p.m.
Eastern ~ 10:00 - 10:51 p.m.
Central ~ 9:00 - 9:51 p.m.
Mountain ~ 8:00 - 8:51 p.m.
Pacific ~ 7:00 - 7:51 p.m.

MEXICO, Central America and the Caribbean include all time zones listed above, so if you’re not sure which time zone you’re in, just keep your eyes on the skies from 7pm until midnight!

South American time zones range from UTC (GMT) -5 to -3, so the time will be from 10pm until 1am.

In Europe and Africa ~ 3:00 a.m. - 3:51 a.m. UTC (GMT) in the early morning of February 21

Look 1 hour 20 minutes before and after to see the partial phases. In Western regions, the Moon may rise partially eclipsed.

You don’t have to go to any special place to see the eclipse, as long as you can see the Moon from where you are: front porch, backyard, walking down the street.

To the left of the Moon you will see the planet Saturn.

It may help to look for the Moon on the night before, so you know roughly what part of the sky to look in. On eclipse night, the Moon will be further East and a little lower in the sky, compared to the previous night. But don’t worry…a near-Full Moon is hard to miss, even in the city!

IS IT SAFE TO LOOK AT? SHOULD I BE WEARING PROTECTION?
Not only can you view a Lunar Eclipse with the naked eye, it’s absolutely amazing when viewed through binoculars. Better yet, you should try watching it through a telescope. Incredible. THERE WON’T BE ANOTHER FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS, so you don’t want to miss it!

3 years? BUT I JUST SAW ONE IN AUGUST!
Yes, there was a Total Eclipse on August 28, 2007. Eclipses run in cycles, as the moon does. Although there will be a few partial eclipses over the next few years, the next Total Eclipse won’t be until December 21, 2010, when we will have 3 more Total Eclipses in a row over a 12 month period.

Full Moon Lunar Eclipse

Astrology No Comments »

A warm welcome of love to everyone,

Tonight I would like to talk about the Full Moon that is approaching. I am not sure how everyone is feeling right now, but I have noticed and felt a lot of shifting of all sorts of emotions this week. The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse is working its magic on the Universe as planned, but this Full Moon is very special.

I will be sending out another email with some useful information for you to learn from about this week’s Lunar Eclipse that takes place on 20/21 of February 2008, please read if you have some time spare.

I love looking at the moon in general; especially the Full Moon as there is something very magical about it. Being the spiritual deep thinking that I am, I really connect to the vibrations it sends out and I make the most of its beauty!

The Moon has such power over us and controls our monthly cycle, and yet I feel so many people take it for granted. I find most people are not in tune of our cycle of when the Full Moon is pushing on our planet with its full beauty of gravity in abundance. I see and feel this process every month, and I notice that people are more sensitive around the week before and the week after the Full Moon. I hear of people arguing more, breaking from relationships and places feel a lot heavier than normal. People in general do pick up and sense that there is something different, but most don’t not question why?

So here are some things to be aware of this week and next:

Everyone’s psychic is a lot stronger and clearer around this time. You might dream more than normal this week and the week after. I have had some wonderful dreams this week, and so have a few of my friends.

Synchronicity is also wonderful and stronger around this time also!

Make the most of this Full Moon Lunar Eclipse, as your good thoughts and wishes will manifest faster, so make sure you are directing your thoughts on things you truly want, and be very CLEAR in what you are asking for!!

The Full Moon pushes out the old into the new cycle process, so anything that needs to come out will over the next few days. Be aware of others who are not so awake to what is happening, and try not get too caught up in the process of others confusion, especially places where energies are high and fast moving.

If you are sensitive to energy shifts on the planet, then you will feel the intensity of gravity and the squeezing the Full Moon pushes onto every one of us. Try to be gentle on you, and if you are feeling pressure and extreme tiredness, surrender and rest. I find increasing meditation helps me to let go more around the time of the Full Moon, so this could also help you.

If you know anyone who is a Cancer birth sign or you are the sign of the Crab, then my advice to you would be to be very gentle with them or yourself. These soul s ruler planet is the Moon, so they will be more sensitive and moody especially around this time. Give them space to express their feelings on their own.

Be the observer of this process and see what it brings.

Happy Lunar Full Moon Eclipse to all and remember, we are all in this process of life together with Oneness that we already are!

I trust and I believe everything is absolutely perfect!

Sending love, light with deepest gratitude,
Georgina
