Time To Take Your Stand

How a many of you have recently had a sore throat or major problems with your voice? The throat is the 5th chakra, and is the second power chakra in our body. Many people say that their biggest fear is that of public speaking. Is this the fear of speaking or what the result may be? Is it really a fear of being ridiculed and attacked when we stand up and take our place? We are in a crucial period in our evolution  - an awakening is going on - and it is really important that those who hear the call step up and take their place. If you feel called to lead, to be a pioneer, whether it is in your family, in a team or in your community, then reclaiming your power is essential. This doesn’t mean to becoming aggressive or having to fight for it. Fighting only leads to a power struggle and even if you win it means that someone else loses and will in turn get revenge at some later date. Not a good idea! If we felt overshadowed in our family by someone who dominated, who took up all the emotional, physical or psychological space and got the most attention, then its really hard to take our true place. Even if we move a long way away from our family they are always with us. We might not consciously think that someone took up too much space but it is still affecting us. Ask Yourself: Are you afraid to shine for fear that you might be attacked if you do? Are you holding back because you think by shining you will be more successful and wealthier than your father thus diminishing him? Making him feel small? Taking his place? Or have a better life than your mother ever dreamed of and in doing so incurring her jealousy? Do you find you are put in situations where you feel you have to take over and then get bothered by feeling you are too important? As Marianne Williamson writes “There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.”Do you feel resentful when someone takes over Ask Yourself: Are you afraid to shine for fear that you might be attacked if you do? Do you feel resentful when someone takes over and invades your space? This is why people move a long way away from their original family and a good reason why people keep a certain distance between those they love. There is a fear of going into sacrifice in meeting all their needs (whether spoken or not).

Do you long to be the centre of attention but then feel guilty when you get it? Are you secretly jealous and get angry of others who seem to take the spotlight and dominate? However when the attention is on you, you shrink?

You are a star, you are meant to shine

The disappointment we feel, the sadness and heartbreaks of our lives reflect the lost bonding we had as a child. Bonding is when we feel connected and joined. Its a place of peace and centredness. And in that place there is no domination, but equality. In that place we are a star and others shine more brightly by being in our presence.

Marianne Williamson puts it so well. “And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.”

When we return to our centre we regain a balance in our lives between work and play. Our relationships become equal. When we are a star we join our friends, our team of other stars to become a constellation. And this is our true power. The world needs more constellations of stars.  - Pam Carruthers 

On Monday, May 26, Mercury, the planet of communication turns retrograde in changeable Gemini, sending communications and travel plans into confusion. Jupiter Turns Retrograde: Time for Inner Growth

Saturn just sent ripples in your life by going direct, but another major wave of change is coming on May 9 when Jupiter turns retrograde.

Jupiter is the planet of luck, grace, favor and fortune. Jupiter brings wealth, abundance, and optimism. Our successes, accomplishments and prosperity are all within the realm of the grace this large planet bestows upon us.

Appreciating today’s FULL MOON

A warm welcome of love to everyone,

I would firstly like to welcome all those who are new to my group. I do appreciate that you have added to The World of Love and Light, and thank you from the heart. 

Can you believe another month has passed, time is for sure speeding up! 

 Full Moon in Scorpio

I would like to talk about today’s Full Moon. I am not sure how everyone is feeling right now, but I have noticed and felt a lot of shifting of all sorts of emotions this week. The Full Moon is working its magic on the Universe as planned, and pushing and clearing the old all ready for the new exciting things for you to create. I love looking at the moon in general; especially the Full Moon as there is something very magical about it. Being the spiritual deep thinking that I am, I really connect to the vibrations it sends out and I make the most of its beauty!

The moon has such power over us and controls our monthly cycle, and yet I feel so many people take it for granted. I find most people are not in tune of our cycle of when the Full Moon is pushing on our planet with its full beauty of gravity in abundance. I see and feel this process every month, and I notice that people are more sensitive around the week before and the week after the Full Moon. I hear of people arguing more, breaking from relationships and places feel a lot heavier than normal with extreme tiredness. People in general do pick up and sense that there is something different, but most don’t not question why?

So here are some things to be aware of this week and next, as the cycle is a build up a week before the Full Moon and a week after the Full Moon: 

Everyone’s psychic is a lot stronger and clearer around this time. You might dream more than normal this week and the week after. I have had some wonderful dreams this week, and the synchronicity of certain things I have experienced have been amazing. Synchronicity is always stronger around this time, so pay attention there will be some wonderful things it will be showing you! 

Make the most of this Full Moon, as your good thoughts and wishes will manifest faster, so make sure you are directing your thoughts on things you truly want, and be very CLEAR in what you are asking for!! The Full Moon pushes out the old into the new cycle process, so anything that needs to come out over the next few days will show itself to you. My advice would be to let go and surrender to the outcome. Be aware of others who are not so awake to what is happening, and try not get too caught up in the process of others confusion, especially places where energies are high and fast moving.

If you are sensitive to energy shifts on the planet, then you will feel the intensity of gravity and the squeezing the Full Moon pushes onto every one of us. Try to be gentle on you, and if you are feeling pressure and extreme tiredness, surrender and rest. I find increasing meditation helps me to let go more around the time of the Full Moon, so this could also help you. 

 If you know anyone who is a Cancer birth sign or you are the sign of the Crab, then my advice to you would be to be very gentle with them or yourself. These souls ruler planet is the moon, so they will be more sensitive and moody especially around this time. Give them space to express their feelings on their own. Be the observer of this process and see what it brings.
